Our company

PowerX-IC (Shanghai) Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd.
Founded in 2022 by Silicon Valley engineers and research teams from leading Chinese universities, we design LiDAR, 48V power, and high-performance GaN power ICs and systems. The team has deep IP in manufacturing, design, and packaging, and delivers custom solutions and capacity for industry customers.
In April 2025 we established PowerX-IC (Shenzhen), focused on high-performance GaN power solutions from design through production.
